Jeremy D. Wiss, Esq., is an associate attorney with Levine And Wiss, PLLC. Inspired by his father, Scott L Wiss, Esq., Jeremy knew he would pursue a career in law from a young age. Mr. Wiss obtained his first professional role as a law clerk with Levine And Wiss, PLLC. He began his studies and earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Political Science from Quinnipiac University, graduating in only three years. During this time, Mr. Wiss was political director for a successful gubernatorial campaign in Connecticut. Upon graduation, Jeremy attended Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, magna cum laude. Additionally, Jeremy is an Eagle Scout, and when not helping his clients, can be found sailing or spending his time camping and fishing.
During law school, Mr. Wiss advocated for our nation’s heroic veterans who were denied service-connected PTSD claims, dealing directly with the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs. For his work with the Connecticut Veteran’s Legal Center, Jeremy was awarded the Excellence in Clinical Legal Education Award and the Service to the Law School Award. In addition, Mr. Wiss was an active member of the Mock Trial Honor Society and the Society for Dispute Resolution. For his academic achievements, Jeremy was awarded the Superior Classroom Performance Award, the Distinguished Academic Achievement Award in Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights, the Distinguished Academic Achievement Award in Elder Law, and the Connecticut Bar Association’s Real Property Award.
Upon graduating from law school, Jeremy joined his father in practice and excels today as an associate attorney for Levine And Wiss, PLLC. Driven to remain ahead of the rapid changes in the law, Mr. Wiss aligned himself with the law school student chapter of the Federalist Society, where he was elected President, and is now an active member of their Long Island Lawyer’s Chapter.
Furthermore, he is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the New York State Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association. Mr. Wiss devotes 100% of his practice to litigation, specializing in all personal injury matters such as slip/trip and falls, auto accidents, and construction site accidents. If you are injured, Jeremy would love to speak with you to discuss your legal rights.
