# What is No Fault Insurance? | Levine And Wiss

Did you know that you can file a “No-Fault” insurance claim in New York? NY is one of the 12 states that have No-Fault insurance laws in place to ensure that insurance companies pay for medical expenses, lost earnings and incidental costs, regardless of who is at fault.

**What is a No Fault Insurance Claim?**
