Wayne WilsonAssociate Attorney

    Wayne is an attorney with over 35 years of experience trying cases involving serious injuries in both the Federal and State Court systems. Over the years he has obtained millions of dollars for his clients by way of jury verdicts, settlements, arbitration awards and mediation.

    His experience includes a focus on premises negligence on the part of property owners, managers and tenants as well as motor vehicle accidents, labor law liability cases and assault cases.

    Mr. Wilson has also worked as counsel for insurance companies giving him valuable insight into the methods and strategies used by these companies which, in turn, allows him to maximize the results he obtains for his clients.

    Wayne is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and has appeared in courtrooms throughout the State. He is also admitted to practice in Federal Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York.

    Wayne earned his law degree from the University of Miami in 1984, and graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Albany in 1981. He is an active member of the New York State Bar association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
